I ordered seven bags from the seller in one shipment. I cannot begin to say how impressed I was with the quality of the bags. Initially the seller did contact me to answer a couple questions, but after that he did not respond to any more inquiries I had about my shipment. Having said that I did pay extra to have my handbag shipped via DHL. It was well worth the extra money as I was able to track my package and I received it in less than two weeks.
